Despite the cold, Seattle-like weather we had last week, Noah and I found a few minutes to get outside and enjoy the park. Noah went on a 'big boy swing' for the first time, and thought he was hot stuff. He loves being a big boy!!

And while the weather made us feel nostalgic for home...we're VERY happy the sun is back (although from what we hear... sun seems to be common place in Seattle these days...)!!

Noah, Bill and I spent last weekend in LA -- a little family getaway vacation! It was great to be on the west coast, hit the beach, see palm trees (not that we don't love cactus...) and hang out together in our hotel suite! I'll let our pictures tell the story!

Big boy turned 6 months yesterday (9/14/09)!

His 6 month "stats" are as follows:
weight - 16 lbs, 15 oz, 51%
height - 26 in, 48%
head - 17 1/2 in, 78%

He's getting so big! Had he not peed on the exam table, he would have been 17 lbs :) He lost at least an ounce of pee....

Our pediatrician said Noah was growing and developing right on track. He rolls over, mainly from back to tummy, but has rolled ALL the way a couple of times. He LOVES food - so far he's had sweet potatoes, bananas, avocados and carrots. He's really getting interested in Charlie (and Charlie loooves to lick him... lovely) and in grabbing papers and anything within reach.

He's more adorable each day!

Swimming at the Double F Ranch!

We spent Labor Day afternoon having a little pool party at the Double F Ranch!! Noah had a blast, as usual, swimming and splashing (a LOT of splashing!) with Abeulo.

We might be over summer, and so ready for fall, but we still love swimming in the warmest pool in Santa Fe!

Noah can't sit up on his own yet, but he DID start sitting up in his jogger! He was a little confused at first, perhaps because I had him strapped in sooo tight he could barely breath, but once I loosened up, and loosened HIM up, he loved checking things out. We took a little trip to Daddy's office to show off!

He also likes sitting up in his bath...all the easier to splash his mama!

Big boy has been having fun, swinging in the mornings, before the sun gets too hot. He's getting bigger everyday!
